East bracing for last blast of winter, rain and severe weather heading into work week
A severe storm threat is in place on Sunday for parts of the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. The storms and rain push into the Northeast by Monday morning just in time for the morning commute. Meanwhile, snow will hit New England and the interior Northeast between 1-3 in upstate New York, with 8-12 inches possible up toward Maine through Monday.
