Mid-April winter blast stings more than 40 million across Plains, Midwest and Northeast
More than 40 million people are feeling a brief winter flashback, with temperatures 10–20 degrees below average across parts of the Northeast, Midwest and even some parts of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Parts of Iowa and Nebraska will see snow through the morning commute. Upstate New York and interior New England will see 1-3 inches of snowfall through Tuesday.
