Powerful thunderstorms packing wind gusts of up to 100 mph and hail as large as grapefruits swept across portions of Texas on Sunday, knocking out power to tens of thousands of utility customers. Now, a multiday flash flood threat is emerging over the Lone Star State throughout much of the week ahead.
