Skydiver shares firsthand account of viral stadium mishap triggered by unexpected gusty winds

Unexpected strong winds sent a skydiver attempting to land at Virginia Tech’s Lane Stadium into the scoreboard this past weekend. The skydiver, accomplished military veteran Pasha Palanker, joined FOX Weather to explain how the jump went sideways. Fortunately, the retired Master Sergeant suffered only minor injuries as he spoke with FOX Weather meteorologist Ian Oliver about the sudden gusts that pushed him off course.
