Severe weather season kicks off in Central US with 5 consecutive days of storms
Severe weather season is beginning right on cue, as the calendar flips to March — which typically sees the first tornado outbreaks of the year. NOAA's Storm Prediction Center has issued severe weather threats for five consecutive days beginning Tuesday. These storms will be primarily focused across the Central and Southern Plains, as well as the Ark-La-Tex region.
