Summer heat fueling weekend severe storms for Mid-Atlantic, Northeast

A level 2 out of 5 severe storm threat is in effect Saturday for much of the Mid-Atlantic, Ohio Valley and into the Northeast.  Two rounds of storms will carry through the day, the first in the morning and the second in the late evening into the overnight hours.
