Odds continue to increase for Tropical Storm Melissa to form over Caribbean soon

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) said that development odds for Invest 98L have increased once again, and it's looking more likely that a tropical depression or Tropical Storm Melissa will form soon. FOX Weather Meteorologists Michael Estime and Marissa Torres have the latest on Oct. 20.
