Atlantic takes a break through Labor Day weekend but tropics could awaken later in September

The Atlantic Basin will be quiet in terms of tropical activity through the holiday weekend. However, FOX Weather Hurricane Specialist Bryan Norcross says atmospheric conditions over the Atlantic will become much more conducive for tropical development in the middle of September.
