FOX Weather Correspondent Robert Ray reports from Buxton, North Carolina where big waves and higher than normal tides from the Supermoon are threatening homes along the coast. Just last week nine homes collapsed in the Outer Banks. Ray spoke to documentary photographer B. Goodwin who has documented the threats of climate change and coastal erosion to the Carolinas.
