Rain and powerful winds gusts batter Northeast ahead of Halloween
A low pressure system is moving up the East Coast bringing rain and strong wind gusts to the mid-Atlantic and Northeast on Thursday. Strong onshore winds are once again creating beach erosion concerns from North Carolina to New York's Long Island. FOX Weather Correspondent Katie Byrne is along the New Jersey shore where winds are battering the coast.
