Charlotte Fire Department saves man from truck submerged in ice-covered pond

Dustin Reynolds, a veteran firefighter a part of the Charlotte Fire Department, joined FOX Weather to recall the jaw-dropping moment when a truck drove into a retention basin, submerging the vehicle and it's driver in the ice-covered body of water. Firefighters responded to the scene, deployed a raft and rescued the driver, who with the help of the Charlotte Fire Department, escaped uninjured.
