Parts of the Midwest are once again in the bull's-eye of a line of severe thunderstorms that are expected to produce large hail and damaging wind gusts Friday afternoon from Iowa to Texas — the overall threat covers more than 60 million people over 1,500 miles from the Big Bend of Texas to western Pennsylvania.
