Flash Flood Emergency issued for Honolulu County, Hawaii as Kona Low dumps feet of rain on the Islands

The Hawaiian Islands have received feet of rain over the last several days as a Kona Low slams the area. A Flash Flood Emergency was issued for Honolulu County in the north part of Oahu. Officials warn life-threatening flash flooding that has cut off roads and low-lying areas on part of the island.
