Snow continues to accumulate in New Orleans and across the Gulf Coast as a major winter storm continues to slam the Southeast. FOX 8 New Orleans Reporter Maddie Kerth is in LaPlace where I-10 is shutdown through Wednesday because Louisiana does not normally see this winter weather.
