Could Melissa eventually bring heavy rains to the Northeast?

There is still a large amount of uncertainty over the future of what is currently Tropical Storm Melissa, but some long range forecast models now bring the storm potentially off the East Coast where the system could send heavy rains into the mid-Atlantic and/or Northeast around Halloween.
