Tropical Storm Nolo aims to become major hurricane as it targets Hawaiian Islands

The Hawaiian Islands are bracing for the arrival of Tropical Storm Nolo. The system is expected to intensify to a major hurricane as it nears the Aloha State. A Hurricane Watch has been issued for the Big Island, while flood watches are in effect across more than half of the main islands.
