The Salvation Army ramps up Texas flood response

The Salvation Army is expanding its efforts in response to the deadly Texas floods. The faith-based organization has been on the ground providing essential aid, including meals, clean-up kits and emotional support to those most affected. Joining FOX Weather to discuss these expanding operations is Alvin Migues, emergency disaster service director for The Salvation Army's Texas division.
