Storms threaten plains, Mississippi Valley as tornado watches issued

A tornado watch has been issued for parts of Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas through Saturday night as storms lash the central U.S. Severe weather is possible for Missouri and Mississippi as well.
