Ice disrupts ferry service in New York as temperatures rise above freezing
Temperatures begin to reach the 30s today, but ice is still covering the Hudson and East Rivers. New York City announced ferry service would remain closed on Tuesday due to the ice. FOX Weather Correspondent Katie Byrne managed to snag a ride on a tourist ferry boat and shows up some of the ice near the Statue of Liberty and Battery Park in Manhattan.
