Hurricane Humberto weakens passes west of Bermuda as island prepares for Hurricane Imelda

Hurricane Humberto is passing west of Bermuda Wednesday as a Category 1 storm, bringing wind and rain to the island. It is expected to continue to weaken and become post-tropical later on Wednesday. While Humberto will not directly impact the U.S., dangerous surf conditions are expected to continue along much of the East Coast through this week.
