The National Weather Service Office in Pueblo, Colorado, says it was able to confirm a tornado struck Sawtooth Mountain outside of Boulder by using satellite imagery. The tornado is believed to have developed at an elevation of around 111,300 ft, making it the fourth-highest elevation tornado in Colorado.
