A Tornado Warning has been issued for western Hernando County in west-central Florida, including Spring Hill, Brooksville and Hernando Beach until 8:30 a.m. Eastern.
A Tornado Watch has been issued for parts of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia until 1 p.m. Eastern.
