Millions face significant threat of severe storms across Southern Plains

The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Warning for Cotton and Tillman counties in southern Oklahoma until 11 p.m. CDT.

FOX Weather 3D Radar is tracking what meteorologists believe is a large and extremely dangerous tornado near Lockett, Texas. A Tornado Warning is in effect for Wilbarger County.

A tornado-warned storm is moving through northern Texas and has triggered a Tornado Warning for Wilbarger County through 9:30 p.m. CDT.

A charter school in Seminole, OK says they took a direct hit from the tornado that moved through within the last couple of hours.

The FOX Weather 3D Radar is tracking two tornado-warned storms through central Oklahoma that are near Interstate 40. The storms are moving off to the northeast at around 35 mph.

Storm spotters are tracking a tornado through Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma that is moving off to the east and northeast. The storm could impact areas in Seminole with hail and strong winds that just saw a tornado move through within the last couple of hours.

A Tornado Warning has been issued for Seminole and Pottawatomie counties in central Oklahoma until 8:45 p.m. CDT.

Power flashes were seen from helicopter footage.

A storm chaser spotted a brief tornado near Dumont, TX during the early evening hours. The tornado has since lifted and the supercell has moved off to the east.

This tornado is starting to move through a more populated area.

Golf ball sized hail is also possible with this storm.

Tornado Watches have been issued for parts of both Oklahoma and Texas. Cities such as Tulsa and Oklahoma City in Oklahoma and Wichita Falls, Amarillo and Lubbock in Texas are included in the watches which are in effect until 10 p.m. Central.
