Anoka, Minnesota, is the Halloween Capital of the World. They hold an annual parade for Halloween, which may not sound uncommon. However, this one dates back to 1920, and it goes on still today. It's going to take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, and the weather's looking nice too.

Anoka is a suburb of the Twin Cities and lies right along the Mississippi River, and the Halloween forecast there looks a bit spooky. They are expecting maybe some fog later Friday night into Saturday. Sunday looks to be very nice. Dry weather is expected, and the wind should cooperate.
