Increasing chances for tropical development in Caribbean Sea

The National Hurricane Center continues to watch an area in the southwest Caribbean Sea for possible development. Chances have increased slightly as the system moves north-northwest. Ocean temperatures are still warm and well above average which could fuel development this late in hurricane season.
