Spirits high at Tunnel to Towers 5K in New York City despite the dark sky, rain
There have been a lot of examples of resilience all weekend with the recovery efforts in the wake of Hurricane Helene, and another example of the American spirit is on display with the annual Tunnel to Towers 5K in New York City and it honors those who lost their lives in the terrorist attack on Sept. 11, 2001. Meteorologist Nick Kosir spoke with retired United States Air Force Capt. Tonya Andrews about her first experience of the annual event.
