'There's nothing for me to do': Video shows woman, dog trapped by flooding in North Carolina

A video shared from North Carolina shows floodwaters surrounding a woman and dog inside a home in Black Mountain. In the video you can hear her say she has nowhere to go and there was nothing she could do. She was eventually rescued by the Asheville Fire Department.
