Invest 90L, Invest 99L churning off US Gulf and Atlantic shores

The National Hurricane Center continues to monitor five disturbances between the Atlantic and Gulf waters. Newly designated Invest 90L continues to spin off the coast of Texas producing heavy rain across the Gulf Coast states.
