Labor Day travel rush in full swing

The farewell to summer is on, and so is the travel hustle. The rush is felt all over the country, including New Jersey. To help ease the costs of travel, New Jersey Transit Service is free for everyone through the holiday weekend. However, there's some fine print with this free service.
