Dozens of people camping inside Connecticut state parks became trapped over the weekend as torrential rain led to catastrophic and flooding in many parts of the state. Connecticut State Police Trooper Nicholas Baldwin joined FOX Weather on Tuesday to explain how rescuers were able to save those who were trapped.
