Tropical Storm Ernesto to bring life-threatening surf, flooding rain to Caribbean
Tropical Storm Warnings remain in effect across portions of the Caribbean as Tropical Storm Ernesto continues to barrel toward the region. The storm is expected to bring tropical storm conditions to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands later on Tuesday.
