Invest 92L draws closer to the Florida coast while second Gulf storm monitored

A cluster of thunderstorms just off the Florida coast could develop into tropical depression Friday as the low pressure center heads toward landfall Friday, while a fresh storm may develop on the heels of Tropical Storm Alberto in the western Gulf of Mexico.
