do not pub 'Its over my house,' Westmoreland homeowner panics seeing confirmed tornado

"It's over my f_______ house," the homeowner yells on the video. She said the funnel was a tornado, on the ground, previously in Wesmoreland, Kansas. She was also pelted by debris which presumably prompted her to stop recording.
