Indiana police officer rescues 2 dogs from icy water

Two dogs were rescued by a police officer in Fort Wayne, Indiana, after a resident called 911 to report that a dog had possibly fallen through ice in a park reservoir. Thanks to the quick action of the police officer, the dogs were unharmed.
