El Nino brings weekend flood threat to South

The South is at risk of flooding this weekend due to the El Niño weather pattern. The subtropical branch of the jet stream, which was responsible for the atmospheric river in California, is expected to move southwards over the Southeast towards the end of the week and into the weekend.
