Snow Squall Warning in effect for northern Monroe County, Michigan

A hazardous snow squall was spotted near Monroe, which is moving east at 55 mph, the National Weather Service said.The squall may cause intense bursts of heavy snow along with gusty winds, leading to blowing snow and reduced visibility of less than one-quarter mile. The wind gusts may reach up to 35 mph.
