Caribbean Sea could spawn late-season tropical depression or storm next week

A broad area of low pressure is forecast to form in the southwestern Caribbean Sea around the middle of next week. The National Hurricane Center said environmental conditions appear conducive for gradual development of this system as it meanders over the Caribbean Sea into next weekend.
