Atlantic Invest 96L expected to develop as Tammy becomes post-tropical cyclone again

An area of low pressure east of the Bahamas in the southwestern Atlantic Ocean now has a high chance of development while Tammy has once again transitioned to a post-tropical cyclone east of Bermuda.
