Coastal storm to bring heavy rain, strong winds to East Coast

The National Hurricane Center is tracking some potential tropical trouble with the development of a system off the southeastern coast of the U.S. at the end of the week, but regardless of whether it gets named or not doesn't mean the impacts will be different. Several inches of rain could fall from Florida to New England, and strong winds will be felt along the coast.
