Nigel expected to become major hurricane in the Atlantic by Tuesday

Hurricane Nigel is expected to rapidly intensify in the Atlantic Ocean and could become a Category 3 hurricane by Tuesday. Forecasters are also keeping their eyes on two potential tropical disturbances - one coming off the coast of Africa and one that could develop along the southeastern coast of the U.S.
