Massachusetts residents are continuing to prepare for impacts from Hurricane Lee as the storm continues north in the Atlantic Ocean. James Bourdreau, the town administrator of Scituate, Massachusetts, joined FOX Weather correspondent Nicole Valdes on Thursday to explain what the town is doing to prepare.
