Flash flood threat increases, expands from Missouri to Tennessee Valley on Thursday

Torrential rain has led to areas of flash flooding in parts of America’s Heartland on Thursday, and as a potent front sweeps across the region the flood threat will increase and expand into parts of the Tennessee Valley.
