Vermont sees first extreme flash flood risk on record
The state of Vermont is experiencing its first extreme flash flood risk with rainfall totals expected to be between 3-5 inches with locally higher amounts. The National Weather Service says the state could see potentially widespread catastrophic flash flooding not seen since Hurricane Irene in 2011.
