Remnants of Cindy now given 10% chance of redeveloping

The remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy are continuing to spin over the Atlantic Ocean near Bermuda and the National Hurricane Center is giving the system a 10% chance of developing over the next 48 hours and 30% chance over the next seven days.
