Heavy rain, gusty winds possible along East Coast from coastal low

An area of disturbed weather is expected to develop into a coastal low late this week off the Southeast. This low will remain weak, but gusty winds are possible along the East Coast. In addition, depending on how much the low develops, heavy rain & rough surf will be likely, along with dangerous rip currents. This will likely ruin many Friday and Saturday beach plans.
