April cooldown spreads across much of the US

Once the cold front has cleared the East Coast, most of the lower 48 will enjoy a week of below average temperatures due to the change in the jet stream. A large dip in the jet stream will allow multiple systems to swing across the states keeping temperatures relatively cool.
