Major storm slams California with heavy rain, hurricane-force winds possible

Flood Watches are in effect for Central and Southern California through Thursday as a major storm delivers heavy rain to the Golden State. Wind gusts may reach 80 mph on some ridge tops and mountains. Parts of the Sierra Nevada Mountains are looking at more feet of snow. FOX Weather's Max Gorden has the latest from Culver City.
