Blizzard Warnings issued in California's Sierra Nevada as significant snow is expected

More rain and snow is expected across the West as a pair of storms impacts the region through Wednesday. Significant snow totals are expected to continue in the Sierra Nevadas with around 1-2" of rain for most of the West Coast. The majority of these storm impacts will be felt Tuesday as the main storm moves through.
