Los Angeles County Blizzard Warning issued for first time in 30 years

The NWS issued rare Blizzard Warnings for parts of Southern California as a strengthening storm system is expected to snarl travel through the weekend. According to the FOX Forecast Center, this is the first such warning for the mountains of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties since 1989.
