Lake Superior froze over a couple of weeks ago, creating an incredible phenomenon where the lake was completely clear and several inches thick. Jay Austin, Professor of Large Lakes Observatory at the University of Minnesota in Duluth joined FOX Weather to talk about the phenomenon.
